You leave with questions worth asking and a clearer sense of where your plan has gaps. Some of the topics include:
Artificial intelligence
How AI is reshaping the global economy, disrupting industries, and creating new risks and opportunities. Learn why investment strategies may need to adapt as the AI revolution accelerates.
The "Fiscal House" philosophy
A framework where every dollar is assigned a specific job and every financial decision passes through the Tax Lens, bringing income, investments, taxes, healthcare, and estate planning under one coordinated strategy.
Tax mitigation
How proactive tax planning may help protect more of what you have built. Explore the impact of withdrawal strategies, Roth conversions, charitable planning, and other advanced strategies through real-world case studies.
Asset protection
How risk-transfer tools may help protect a portion of your retirement assets from market losses while creating reliable income designed to last throughout retirement.
Markets and AI
Capital Scarcity: How AI hyperscalers, global companies, and governments are competing for the massive amount of capital needed to fund the AI revolution, and what that could mean for interest rates, markets, and portfolio construction.
Legacy and healthcare
How healthcare costs, long-term care needs, estate planning, and beneficiary decisions can affect both your retirement and the legacy you leave. Learn why these areas must work together before a crisis occurs.

Frequently asked questions
When and where is Tampa Retirement Live 2026?
Saturday, October 17, 2026 at the Sheraton Tampa Brandon Hotel, just off the highway. Registration opens at 8:00 AM, the program runs 9:00 AM to 4:00 PM, and lunch is 12:30 to 1:30 PM.
Who should attend?
Individuals and couples above age 50 who are serious about getting to a point where work becomes an option rather than an obligation, while minimizing taxes and protecting what they leave behind. This event is not for anyone looking to get rich quick.
I already have a financial advisor. Why would I come?
The event is built to help you ask better questions. Most attendees leave with two or three specific things to raise with the advisor they already have. A second opinion costs you one Saturday.
I'm already retired. Is this still relevant?
Yes. Planning doesn't stop the day you retire. Distribution order, tax brackets, required minimum distributions, and estate documents all keep moving. Much of the day is aimed squarely at people already drawing income.
Will I be sold something?
No. The day is education. If you want to talk further, the team will be available afterward, but nothing is pitched from the stage and no one will chase you.
Can I bring my spouse or a guest?
Yes, and we'd encourage it. The Couple tickets cover two seats together for less than two singles: $67 instead of $94 for general admission, or $147 instead of $194 for VIP. Every attendee needs their own registration.
What's the difference between the four ticket types?
There are four. Single ($47) is one general-admission seat. Couple ($67) is two seats together. Both include the full day and lunch. Single VIP ($97) adds the VIP experience straight after the closing session: a photo with Rebecca Walser and Charles Payne, a copy of each of their books, and both authors on hand to sign them. Couple VIP ($147) is all of that for two. Only a limited number of VIP seats are released in total.
Will I get to meet Charles Payne?
Every attendee sees Charles speak from the main stage, and he joins Rebecca and Tom Siomades for the panel discussion mid-morning. VIP ticket holders also join the VIP experience straight after the closing session, where they get a photo with Charles and Rebecca and have both authors sign their books. That is VIP only, which is why the limited number of VIP seats go first.
Is lunch included?
Yes. Lunch is included with every ticket, general admission and VIP alike, and runs from 12:30 to 1:30 PM.
Where do I park?
Parking is complimentary.
What's the dress code?
Business casual or smart casual. Come comfortable.
Is the venue accessible?
Yes, the venue is wheelchair accessible. Call ahead at (866) 929-3258 for any other accommodation and the team will arrange it.
Can I transfer my ticket if something comes up?
All ticket sales are final and non-transferable. No refunds are offered.
Is there a virtual option?
No. The event is fully in person by design. The value is in the room, the questions, and the conversations afterward.
